Quaker Soft Baked Bars-Banana Nut Review

Hey, everyone!

I don't know about you, but I always need a snack throughout the day to keep myself from starving to death. Yes, literally starving to death. 

I'm just kidding, but seriously, I need snacks in between meals so my sugar doesn't drop.

I'm always having a hard time finding something healthy and quick to get me by, so I'm glad I got to try this Quaker soft baked bar out.

My picture flipped. Ugh! But you get the point.

I got to try the flavor Banana Nut Bread.

I am a huge fan of Banana Nut anything so I had high standards, and let me tell you, it was delicious!

I was expecting it to taste like cardboard.

It also tastes awesome heated up in the microwave for 10 seconds. I wish I could claim that little tip, but it was written on the package. ;0)

It was very soft and full of nuts and oats. 

It's made with real bananas and almonds and has 5g of fiber! 

I'm always having trouble getting in enough fiber so this is a great no brainer.

One bar has 140 calories so this is a great grab-and-go breakfast.

While I was enjoying my snack, my 3 year old daughter came over and requested I give her some.

She LOVED it and demanded I give her the rest. 

I am definitely picking up a box of these and going to try out any other flavors they have.

A box of these run about $3.29, so not too bad.

It's that time again....Review time!

NYC-Liquid Lipshine in Nude York City

I was pretty excited when I got this in my Voxbox, because I am a lipgloss junkie.

This is a nice nude shade, hence the name. It has pure pigments in it for a 3D gloss effect.

It also has Vitamin E in it so it moisturizes your lips.

The applicator was longer than any gloss I've ever used and it was really skinny. I just put it on my lips, pressed them together and swiped it on, otherwise it was a little awkward for my liking.

Swatched, it looks like a nice camel color.

On the lips, it sheers out and you get a hint of color with a shimmery effect. You can layer it with other glosses, or on top of lipstick, or wear it alone for a nice glossy look.

When I first tried it on I noticed it has a nice scent to it, I want to say caramel, but it might be vanilla.

To me, it smells like MAC's Studio Sculpt foundation, but MAC uses a vanilla scent, but to me it smells like caramel. LOL. So, use that as a reference.

I really, really, really, like the texture of this gloss. I found it to be very moisturizing and not sticky at all. It's more of a creamy gloss.

I actually found myself reaching for this when my lips felt dry and it lasted a couple of hours.

The best part about this gloss is that it's easily accesable and only costs about $2.49!

It also comes in 10 different shades, if nude isn't your style, or you want color.

I give this an A.

The only con I can think of is the applicator, but it worked just fine.
